By completing your payment and finalizing an order with JOYROS, you agree to the following terms regarding the shipping and delivery of your purchase.

1. PROCESSING & DISPATCH

At JOYROS, we ensure every order is handled with care.

  • Dispatch Time: Please allow 2–4 business days for our team to process and dispatch your order from our studio.

  • Business Days: Our processing times apply to orders placed Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or Canadian public holidays will begin processing the following business day.

2. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We exclusively ship to the United States and Canada.

3. SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES

Your total waiting time is the sum of the Processing Time + Shipping Time. Once your package has been dispatched, you may choose from the following options:

  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days.

  • Express Shipping: 5–10 business days.

4. SHIPPING COSTS

  • Standard Shipping: FREE on all orders.

  • Express Shipping: $5.99 CAD.

5. TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number to monitor its progress.

6. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

For orders crossing the border between Canada and the USA:

  • Customer Responsibility: Any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes are the responsibility of the customer. JOYROS does not have control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

  • Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes or severe weather conditions.

7. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

JOYROS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

8. ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional redelivery costs.
