At JOYROS, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
1. RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

It must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
2. MANDATORY AUTHORIZATION
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or our company address without contacting us first. To initiate a return, you must email us at contact@joyros.com. Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with specific instructions on how to proceed. Returns sent without prior communication may not be processed.

Please note: Customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the item.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
5. EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at contact@joyros.com.
6. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
