At JOYROS, we aim to process and dispatch your orders as efficiently as possible. Because we begin preparing your items shortly after an order is placed, we have a specific window for cancellations.
1. CANCELLATION WINDOW
We accept order cancellations within 24 hours (one day) of the payment being processed.
2. HOW TO CANCEL
If you wish to cancel your order, please email us immediately at contact@joyros.com with your Order Number and the subject line "Order Cancellation Request."
3. POST-DISPATCH CANCELLATIONS
Once the 24-hour window has passed, or if your order has already been dispatched from our studio (whichever comes first), we are unable to cancel the order.

If you no longer want the items after they have shipped, you will need to follow our Returns & Refund Policy after the package arrives.

Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
4. REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS
If your cancellation is requested within the one-day window and confirmed by our team, a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed; please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
